14 oz rolled oats
4 c nuts, your choice
1 c dried coconut
Grade b maple syrup
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Combine the oats, nuts, and coconut in a bowl. I add about a 1/4 cup of the maple syrup, use more or less to your taste. Sprinkle some cinnamon and grate some nutmeg on top. Stir to mix evenly. Spread mixture evenly on a large cookie sheet with raised sides. Granola should be no deeper than one inch. Bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees F and stir. Lower heat to 200 deg. F. and bake another hour stirring every 15 to 20 min. Let cool and store in the refrigerator. Makes 2.5 quarts.

Hi and welcome to wordpress!
I love granola and your recipe sounds fairly easy with ingredients most people have.
Keep writing and sharing your recipes. I am looking forward to more.
